NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2026, and entered in Case No. 50-2024-CA-005741 in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, an agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP FLEISCHER is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 285 of Tuscany E, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2216, Page 1586, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida
