NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on April 9, 2026 and entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-001608-AXXX-01 in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein MAI T WALLACE, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, GARY J. COONEY, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the First Floor Information Desk at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 W. Main Street, Tavares, Florida, 32778 on May 12, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8 AND THE EAST 27 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 5, LYNNHURST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 25 EAST CHESLEY AVENUE, EUSTIS, FL 32726 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
