NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on April 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 052025CA013291XXCABC in the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein DAMARIS GOMEZ AND EDUARDO GOMEZ, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, RACHEL SADOFF, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 S. Palm Ave, Brevard Room, Titusville FL 32796 on June 24, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, BLOCK “C”, WATERWAY MANOR UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1790 BASIN STREET, MERRITT ISLAND, FL 32953 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
