NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that, Rachel M. Sadoff Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Florida, will on June 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, in the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 S. Palm Ave, Titusville, FL 32780 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Brevard County, Florida, to wit: Lot 12, Block A, PALM SHORE ESTATES, according the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 24 and 25 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.
