COUNT VI: ROBERT MARSHAL AKA ROBERT MARSHALL, deceased any spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, by, through, under or against ROBERT MARSHAL AKA ROBERT MARSHALL 1928 LANTANA DR, WINSTON SALEM, NC 27127; and 606 Ravenhill Ct, Clemmons, NC 27012-9032 and VILIA MARSHALL, deceased any spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors,
creditors, trustees or other claimants, by, through, under or against VILIA MARSHALL, 1928 LANTANA DR, WINSTON SALEM, NC 27127; and 1010 cedar Hol W., Lewisville, NC 27023-7623- One undivided timeshare interest in Point System Additional Unit Submission II in THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM-AIRE PARADISE TOWER II, A VACATION OWNERSHIP RESORT according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions (the Declaration) thereof recorded at Official Records Book 24491, Page 964 et seq. of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida (the Project) and any and all amendments and supplements thereto. Said timeshare interest has been assigned 77,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission II created in an amendment to the Declaration. Contract Number: 50601418. The Property described above has a BIENNIAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 154,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in Odd years.
The above-named Defendant(s) is/are not known to be dead or alive and/or, if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through under or against said Defendants and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described Above. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the above-styled foreclosure proceedings by the Plaintiff upon the filing of a complaint to foreclose a claim of lien and for other relief relative to the property described in each count above AND you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to the complaint, upon Tara C. Early, Esq., Early Law, P.A., 5950 Hazeltine National Drive, Suite 650, Orlando, FL 32822, attorneys for the Plaintiff, within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
