COUNT I: LISA POOLE and MICHAEL WHITAKER, 37410 FAWN PATH DR, SOLON, OH 44139 - A 52,500/110,173,500 undivided tenant-in- common interest in the real property commonly known as Phase 370313 of THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM-AIRE, A Vacation Ownership Resort, together with all appurtenances thereto, according to and subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM AIRE, a Vacation Ownership Resort, as recorded in Official Records 24491, Page 964, et seq., public records of Broward County, Florida, together with any and all supplements thereto. The Property described above has a BIENNIAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 105,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in Odd years. COUNT V: LINDA KOSTECK, 3441 FOREST ST, PIGEON FORGE, TN 37863 - One undivided timeshare interest in Point System Additional
Unit Submission XII in THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM-AIRE PARADISE TOWER III, A VACATION OWNERSHIP RESORT according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Declaration) thereof recorded at Official Records Book 24491, Page 964 et seq. of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida (the Project) and any and all amendments and supplements thereto. Said timeshare interest has been assigned 77,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission XII created in an amendment to the Declaration. Contract Number: 4252400908. The Property described above has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 77,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in EACH years. COUNT VI: SHEILA ALLEN and SCOTT ALLEN, 2306 OLD FERRUM RD, FERRUM, VA 24088; and 27 KNOLL VIEW DR, RIDGEWAY, VA 24148-4501 - One undivided timeshare interest in Point System Additional Unit Submission XIII in THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM-AIRE PARADISE TOWER III, A VACATION OWNERSHIP RESORT according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Declaration) thereof recorded at Official Records Book 24491, Page 964 et seq. of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida (the Project) and any and all amendments and supplements thereto. Said timeshare interest has been assigned 126,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission XIII created in an amendment to the Declaration. has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 126,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in EACH years. Said timeshare interest has been assigned 84,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission XIII created in an amendment to the Declaration. The Property described above has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 84,000 Points defined in such Declaration for use in EACH years.

Said timeshare interest has been assigned 126,000 points symbolic of said property which is also the numerator of the fractional undivided interest created in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission VII created in an amendment to the Declaration. The Property described above has a ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration for the projects and such ownership interest has been allocated 126,000 Points defined in
such Declaration for use in EACH years. COUNT XV: NATALIA MAHER, 3655 SEASIDE DR APT 319, KEY WEST, FL 33040 - One Vacation Ownership Interest in Building Paradise Tower I of THE FAIRWAYS OF PALM-AIRE, A VACATION OWNERSHIP RESORT (the Resort Facility) according to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions thereof (the Declaration) recorded at Official Records Book 24491, Page 964, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, and any and all supplements thereto, together with the assignment of symbolic 84,000-EACH Points according to the Point System Plan of Vacation Ownership Plan with a 84,000/471,424,000 fractional interest in the Specific Point System Additional Unit Submission I with the right of occupancy pursuant to a Reservation System. The above-named Defendant(s) is/are not known to be dead or alive and/or, if dead, the unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, by, through under or against said Defendants and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described below.
