Lot 15, Block 18, JACKSONVILLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT TWO-B, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 85, 85A, 85B, 86C, 85D AND 85E of the public records of DUVAL County, Florida.
