NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 16-2024-CC-007200; DIV.: CC-F, of the County Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida wherein FOX CREEK AT OAKLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CRYSTAL LOCKWOOD is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at

in Duval County, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 141, FOX CREEK PHASE 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 190 through 197, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
