NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2025 and entered in Case No. 16-2025-CC-003056, in the County Court in and for Duval County, Florida wherein MEADOW DOWNS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JESSE PRINDLE is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder online at:

in Duval County, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 131 of MEADOW DOWNS PHASE ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Pages 41 through 46, of the Public Records of Duval County, Florida.
Parcel Identification Number: 019996-1295.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
