Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the uniform summary-default final judgment of foreclosure entered May 11, 2026, in case number 2025-006701-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A, as Plaintiff, and MARK PANCRAZIO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JEFFREY JAMES PANCRAZIO, DECEASED, SUZETTE MARIE PANCRAZIO, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SURVIVING SPOUSE OF JEFFREY JAMES PANCRAZIO, ALISSA COLLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZETTE MARIE PANCRAZIO, HOME OWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC., a Florida corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
