Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 14, 2025 and Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered April 15, 2026, in case number 35-2024-CA-002198-AXXX-01 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as Plaintiff, and JOHN IVAN JONES, JR., SERITHA JONES, husband and wife, RIDGEVIEW RESIDENTIAL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, Gary J. Cooney, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Jury Room, Tavares, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 247, Ridgeview Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page(s) 87through 90, Public Records of Lake County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
