Gilbert, Florida Housing Finance Corporation , are defendants, the Bay County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.bay.realforeclose.com, Bay County, Florida at 11:00AM CST, 12:00PM EST on the June 8, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

ANDREWS BAY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY'S PLAT OF SECTION 15, T3S, R14W, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 5 FEET; THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO THE WEST R/W LINE OF AN EXISTING COUNTY ROAD; THENCE NORTH, ALONG SAID R/W LINE OF SAID ROAD, 535 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH, 105 FEET, TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 117; THENCE WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 117, 112 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET; THENCE EAST, 112 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
