Being the same unit as shown in the Declaration of Condominium of Banbury Village Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3055, Page 630, and Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 3399, Page 673, and Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 1, Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 4088, Page 4464.
Together with all appurtenances thereto, including without limitation, any Membership Certificate #1675 of the Zellwood Station Co-Op, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation.
Together with a 1981 Sher Double Wide Mobile Home VIN #13003585A & 13003585B Title #19665591 & 19665592.
(collectively, the "Property").
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to it on MICHAEL S. PROVENZALE, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 215 N.
