NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 26, 2025, in Case No: 2025-CA-001404, and that certain Order Denying Motion to Vacate Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on February 25, 2026, in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Florida, that the Clerk of this Court, who is currently Gary J. Cooney, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 2, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida, in the Jury Room on the 1st floor, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes (the Foreclosure Sale), after the publication of notice thereof as required by 45.031, Florida Statutes, the property described as follows:
The South 197.75 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 18 South, Range 27 East, lying East of State Road 44-A, also known as County Road 44-A, Lake County, Florida.
