NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 05/08/2026, and entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-001827-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KAYLA SNETHEN; ANDREW SNETHEN; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF FRUITLAND PARK, INC., are Defendants, Gary J. Cooney, Lake County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash live and in person at the Lake County Judicial Center, First Floor Lobby Near Information Desk, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida, 32778 beginning at 11 AM on June 23, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 95, The Glen Phases 4, 5, 6 & 9, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page(s) 11 and 12, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Property Address: 1608 Daybreak Dr, Fruitland Park, FL 34731
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
