Final Judgment was awarded on March 23, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001198, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF WATERFALL VICTORIA III-NB GRANTOR TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RAY ST.
