<p>Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Leon County, Florida, described as:</p>
<p>Lot 1 HIDDEN TRAILS, being more particularly described as follows:</p>
<p>Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Leon County, Florida, and run thence South 12 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East 1818.86 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 328.83 feet; thence South 75 degrees 35 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 142.65 feet; thence North 364.49 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 23 seconds East a distance of 139.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.</p>
<p>Together with and subject to a non-exclusive easement for roadway and utility purposes and ingress and egress, over, under, upon and across the Northerly and Westerly 20 feet thereof.</p>
<p>at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at the listed website www.leon.realforeclose.com, on April 15, 2026. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale other than the property owner must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.</p>
