NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated March 10, 2026 and the Order Granting Plaintiffs Emergency Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for May 5, 2026 and to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 1, 2026, and issued by the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 25-001576-CI, wherein PACIFIC ASSET HOLDING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CARLTON SEAN BORDE and WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
