NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001570 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT PASCHAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT PASCHAL; ANDREA BEDWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA BEDWELL; TALLAHASSEE NATIONAL BANK; HILLCREST COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, is/are Defendant(s), I, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 11, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
