<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 000508 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Wayne R. Moniz a/k/a Wayne Moniz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Gwen Marshall, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 11:00 A.M. WWW.LEON.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:</p>
