<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 14, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 001890 in the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein CHARLES CECIL BROCK and TWILA S. BROCK, DECEASED, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, GWENDOLYN MARSHALL KNIGHT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com on June 18, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:</p>
<p>LOT 2, BLOCK C, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.</p>
<p>and commonly known as: 5715 EUNICE CT, TALLAHASSEE, FL 32303 (the "Property").</p>
<p>ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.</p>
