<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 09, 2026, and entered in 2025 CA 001794 of the Circuit Court of the SECOND Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and DOLPHIN VACATION RENTALS LLC; CHERUBIM AZANA BALTAZAR; MARNY DEMOTICA BALTAZAR are the Defendant(s). GWEN KNIGHT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 09, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:</p>
