MOTION FOR REHEARING OF MAY 19, 2025, AMENDED ORDER ON THE DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO VACATE FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND ON THIRD PARTY BIDDER'S MOTION TO RECOVER BIDDER DEPOSIT entered on November 12, 2025, and the Order dated April 12, 2026, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
