NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000984000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Citizens Bank, N.A., is Plaintiff and Algernon Roundtree a/k/a Algemon Roundtree; China Roundtree; Windridge Homeowners Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, WINDRIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE(S) 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
