NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated May 19, 2026, issued in and for Orange County, Florida, in Case No. 2025-CA-005426-O, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and GLOA INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WINTER PARK WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A PLACE 436 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., INTEGRITY ROOFING & GUTTERS INC. and 1ST IMPRESSIONS CONTRACTORS, INC. are the Defendants.
