The Sumter County Board of County Commissioners will hold a
public hearing on March 24, 2026, at 6:00 P.M at The Everglades
Recreation Center 5497 Marsh Bend Trail, The Villages, FL 32163 to
consider the following application:

Unincorporated Area – East
of I-75 and North of E SR 44
Requested Action:
Rezoning on 14 acres MOL
from Light Commercial (CL)
and Residential minimum
five acres with Conventional
