POLK COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Thursday, February 26, 2026, beginning at 1:30 p.m., the Polk County Land Use Hearing Officer will hold a public meeting in the Board Room, Polk County Administration Building, 330 West Church Street, Bartow, Florida.

Armando Garza, applicant, and Armando and Isabel Garza, property owners, are requesting a special exception for a commercial vehicle parking on an Agricultural/Residential Rural-X (A/RRX) land use district.
