CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION The City of Bradenton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida, to consider the following item at a public hearing: ORDINANCE NO. 4073: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF BRADENTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF 50TH STREET WEST AND 0.02 MILES SOUTH OF MANATEE AVE WEST, IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL ID 3629100003 AND 3629000005, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.397 ACRES AND OWNED BY SHIV OHM P L AND ZEEVA RE LLC, RESPECTIVELY, UNDER THE SUBURBAN COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR FUTURE LAND USE CATEGORY; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Planning and Community Development Director and they will be heard and considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. Copies of the application or further information may be obtained from the Department of Planning and Community Development, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida, 34205, by calling (941) 932-9407, or emailing planning@bradentonfl.gov Pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, council, agency or commission at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City does not provide verbatim transcripts.
