CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA PUBLIC NOTICE OF SECOND AND FINAL HEARING VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 564 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Cedar Key, Florida, will hold a Second and Final Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 564, a voluntary annexation, at a Special Commission Meeting on: Date: April 9, 2026 Time: 5:00 p.m. Location: City Hall, 809 6th Street, Cedar Key, Florida 32625 The purpose of this hearing is to consider the adoption of: ORDINANCE NO. 564 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12171 SW 165 TERRACE, CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA 32625, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR REDEFINITION OF THE CITY BOUNDARIES; PROVIDING FOR LAND USE AND ZONING CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
