CITY OF CEDAR KEY PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of Cedar Key, Florida, will consider the adoption of a Budget Amendment to the Fiscal Year 20252026 Budget. Meeting Date: April 21, 2026 Time: 5:00 PM Location: City Hall, 809 6th Street, Cedar Key, Florida The proposed Budget Amendment is necessary to adjust revenues and expenditure within the Citys budget to accurately reflect current fiscal needs and priorities. The amendment may include, but is not limited to, reallocations between departments, recognition of additional revenues, and/or adjustments to expenditures. A copy of the proposed Budget Amendment is available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerks Office at (352) -_ at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
