NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held Wednesday, March 18, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Commissioner Meeting Room, 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following applications under the provisions of the Putnam County Land Development Code (Ordinance No. 2025-12, as amended):
CASE NO. #VAR26-000001: Application by property owner Ronald D. Robertson and Celin M. Wood, seeking a Variance from Putnam County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-403 (4), Waterfront Setback, to reduce the waterfront setback from fifty (50) feet to thirty-one (31) feet for a total of a nineteen (19) foot reduction in the Residential-1A (R-1A) zoning district, as provided in Section 45-831 (b) of the Putnam County LDC. Located at 107 Hicks Avenue, Crescent City, FL 32112, Parcel # 38-12-26-0000-0040-0030.
