A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Administrative Deviation Committee will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Planning and Development Services Large Conference Room, located at 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 300, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following application under the provisions of the Putnam County
Land Development Code:
Case # SUP26-000008: Application by property owners Larry and Christine Stevens, for a Special Use Permit, seeking to allow the development of a private cemetery in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district, as provided for under the Putnam County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-72 (e) (11). Located at 352 Redwater Lake Rd, Hawthorne, FL 32640, Parcel # 04-11-23-0000-0050-0000.
