NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF PINE STREET IN LAKESIDE HILLS SECTION 10

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
You will please take notice that the Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Florida will at 9:05 A.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on the 9th day of June, 2026, in the County Commissioner Meeting Room located in the Governmental Complex, 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, consider and determine whether or not the County will vacate, abandon, discontinue, renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public to a portion of Pine Street in Lakeside Hills Section 10, Florahome, Putnam County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Portion of Pine Street to CLOSE:
A portion of a 66 foot right of way shown as Pine Street as per plat of LAKESIDE HILLS SECTION TEN as per plat thereof recorded in Map Book 4, Page 168 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida; said portion for closure being more fully described as follows:
BEGIN at the northwest corner of Lot 29 of Block 907 of said plat of Lakeside Hills Section Ten and run North 74 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 68.37 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 11 of Block 704 of Lakeside Hills Section Seven as per Map Book 4, Page 152 of the Public Records of Putnam County, Florida; thence continue North 74 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, along the south line of said Lot 11 and being the North Right of Way line of Pine Street a distance of 78.94 feet to a point that is perpendicular to the most easterly corner of said Lot 29 of Block 907; thence run South 15 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, 66.00 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 29 of Block 907; thence run South 74 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West, along the north line of said Lot 29 and being the South right of way line of Pine Street a distance of 96.77 feet; thence run northwesterly along said right of way line with a curve concave northeasterly said curve having a central angle of 105 degrees 07 minutes, a radius of 52.35 feet, an arc length of 96.04 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 52 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds West, 83.13 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.21 acres more or less in area.
