DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EASTERLY 5.00 FEET OF SAID LOT 37, MAP BOOK 28, PAGE 4, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 10.00 FEET THEREOF, SAID NORTHERLY 10.00 BEING A PLATTED DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
