SEALED BIDS: All bid forms must be submitted and executed, as required, and included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in sealed hard copy with a required electronic copy included. The face of the envelope shall contain the above address, the date and time of Bid opening, the Bid title and Bid number. All Bids are subject to the conditions specified herein. Bids not submitted with the completed attached Bid Form(s) may be rejected. Bidders which do not comply with these conditions are subject to rejection of their bid by the TOWN.
BID TITLE: SEA GRAPE TRIMMING AND EXOTIC REMOVAL BID NO.: EPW 2026-11
BIDS WILL BE OPENED 10:00 A.M. (EST), March 31, 2026 in the Town of Jupiter Community Room, at the address noted above, and may not be withdrawn during the 90 calendar days following such date and time.

Project Description: This project consists of sea grape trimming and exotic removal two (2) times per year, taking place in May and November on County Road A1A.
Plans and specifications: Contract Documents are available on DemandStar at www.demandstar.com and can be downloaded by registering with DemandStar for a free agency subscription for the Town of Jupiter.
Pre-Bid Conference: The Town will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid conference to answer any questions on March 17, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Community Room at Town Hall 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL. The pre-bid conference and bid opening are public meetings.
Bid Bond In accordance with Section 12.1 of the Invitation to Bid, each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
Payment and Performance Bonds: The firm awarded the Contract must submit a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond that are acceptable to the Town and meet the requirements of the contract documents.
Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government.
Project Budget: The Towns budget for this project is $100,000.00
In accordance with Section 15.1 of the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Town of Jupiter Procurement Policy.
