TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA:
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 7 p.m. before the Town Council, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:
ORDINANCE NO. 16-26
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 57 89, THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, TO AMEND POLICY 1.3.13 OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE THE 2025 10-YEAR WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES WORK PLAN; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested parties are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. At the Public Hearings the Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support of, or in opposition to these items.
Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record. The above item(s) may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
