Public Hearing — 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, FL

The Village of Royal Palm Beach Engineering Section, hereby gives notice of the Village of Royal Palm Beach's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Royal Palm Beach Boulevard and the M-1 Canal. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along the M-1 Canal within the C-51 Basin from a point approximately 200 feet north of Okeechobee Boulevard to a point approximately 700 feet south of River Run Drive.
As a result of the revision the 1-percent annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase and be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Village Hall at 1050 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
