TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA:
TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST AND TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at7 p.m. before the Town Council, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:
200 Hibiscus Street Lounge Special exception use and site plan amendment applications to request a lounge/bar use in an existing 960 square foot retail unit on a 0.67 acre property located at 200 Hibiscus Street. (PZ 26-6651 and 6652)

All interested parties are encouraged to come to the Public Hearing and be heard. At the Public Hearing the Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support of, or in opposition to these items.
Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record. The above items may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
