Specifically, the applicant is requesting: Approval of Petition P-VAR-26-001, requesting a Variance from Town Code Section 158.095(B) of the Town of Longboat Key Zoning Code to reduce the required side yard setback for the swimming pool from 8 feet to 6.35 and 6.53 feet, for a Variance of 1.65 and 1.47 feet.
