NOTICE OF PUBLIC
QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

REQUEST FOR VARIANCE
Please take notice that a quasi-judicial public hearing of the Town of Longboat Keys Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at the request of the property owner, IGD 519, LLC, for property located at 519 Rountree Drive. Specifically, the applicant is requesting:
Approval of Petition P-VAR-26-001, requesting a Variance from Town Code Section 158.095(B) of the Town of Longboat Key Zoning Code to reduce the required side yard setback for the swimming pool from 8 feet to 6.35 and 6.53 feet, for a Variance of 1.65 and 1.47 feet.
A quasi-judicial public hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment on Petition P-VAR-26-001 will be held on March 19, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the Town Commission Chambers at Town Hall, 501 Bay Isles Road, Longboat Key, Florida, or as soon thereafter as may be heard. All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing.
No verbatim record by a certified court reporter is made of these proceedings. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decision involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at these proceedings upon which any appeal is to be based (see Section 286.0105, Fla. Stat.).
