NOTICE OF CONSENT AGENDA HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will consider approval of a Consent Agenda item, requested by the applicant as listed below, and as noticed above, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the County Services Building, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, Florida, Room 1028 (Board Chambers).
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution vacating and abandoning two (2), five (5) foot wide platted utility easements located along the east side of Lot 38 and the west side of Lot 39 and a portion of a seven and one half (7.5) foot wide platted utility easement located along the north side of Lot 39 of the Wingfield North Partial Replat of Lots 38 & 39 as recorded in Plat Book 50, page 72 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, more particularly known as 2820 Jacana Ct, Longwood; (Anna Long Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano & Bozarth, P.A., Applicant) District 5 Herr (Mike Rhodes, Interim Development Services Director).

Items may be continued from time to time as found necessary.
