NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing of the Putnam County Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held Wednesday, April 15, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Commissioner Meeting Room, 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, to consider the following applications under the provisions of the Putnam County Land Development Code (Ordinance No. 2025-12, as amended):
Case # SUP26-000003: Application by property owner R 13 Investments, LLC, for a Special Use Permit, seeking to allow the development of a two hundred sixty-five (265) foot self-support tower and wireless telecommunications facility in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district, as provided for under the Putnam County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-72 (e) (10). Located at 770 West River Road, Palatka, FL 32177, Parcel #03-09-27-0000-0030-0000.
Case # VAR26-000002: Application by property owner R 13 Investments, LLC, seeking a Variance from Putnam County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 45-172 (f) (3) (a), Communication Towers and Facilities, to reduce the minimum distance of communications towers from residential zoning districts or any parcel containing an existing residence from seven hundred fifty (750) feet to two hundred ninety-eight and one-half (298.5) feet for a total of a four hundred fifty-one and one-half (451.5) foot reduction in the Agriculture (AG) zoning district, as provided in Section 45-831 (b) of the Putnam County LDC. Located at 770 West River Road, Palatka, FL 32177, Parcel # 03-09-27-0000-0030-0000.
