Ad#12174889 03/19/2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT CITY OF PALM BAY, FLORIDA Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council on April 2, 2026, final reading, to be held at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, Florida, for the purpose of considering the following matter of DA25-00001: A Development Agreement between the City of Palm Bay and JKM Acquisitions, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, pertaining to the Lotis Palm Bay development project, generally located north of and adjacent to Micco Road SE, in the vicinity east of Interstate 95 Highway, Brevard County, Florida, containing approximately 353.47 acres. The location (Tax Parcels 30-37-12-00-500; 30-37-13-00-2; and 30-37-12-00-751) is to be developed as a mixed-use subdivision in five phases with a maximum 50-foot building height, an overall maximum density of 3.88 units per acre, and comprised of 687 detached single-family homes; 156 attached single-family homes; 529 multiple-family units; 82,600 square feet of commercial space; 20,000 square feet for a daycare facility; and a potential cellular tower site. A copy of the proposed agreement may be inspected by the public between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., weekdays, in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, Florida. If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be required and the individual will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (FS 286.0105).
