Ad#12267560 04/23/2026 CITY OF PALM BAY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency on May 6, 2026, and by the City Council on May 21, 2026, both to be held at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, Florida, for the purpose of considering the following case(s): 1. **CU25-00003 Ganesh of Titusville LLC (Carmine Ferraro, Crossover Commercial Group, Inc. Rep.) A Conditional Use to allow for a proposed fuel station with convenience store and drive-through restaurant as established by Section 173.021 of the Palm Bay Code of Ordinances Part of Tract E, Port Malabar Unit 44, Section 22, Township 28, Range 36, Brevard County, Florida, containing approximately 2.67 acres. Located at the northwest corner of Emerson Drive NW and Glencove Avenue NW 2. T26-00003 City of Palm Bay (Growth Management Department) A Textual Amendment to the Code of Ordinances, Title XVII, Land Development Code, Chapter 179: Natural Resources, to provide clarity in the cross references and administrative authority regarding Floodplain Management and Groundwater/Wellfield Protection **Indicates quasi-judicial request(s).
