Ad #12174944 03/19/2026 CITY OF PALM BAY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency on April 1, 2026, and by the City Council on April 16, 2026, both to be held at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road SE, Palm Bay, Florida, for the purpose of considering the following case(s): 1. **V26-00001 Valerie R. Mc Farlane A Variance to allow a proposed replacement screen room enclosure to encroach 3.5 feet into the 8-foot side-yard accessory setback as established by Section 174.002 of the Code of Ordinances. Lot 22, Block 171, Port Malabar Unit 7, Section 31, Township 28, Range 37, Brevard County, Florida, containing approximately .23 acres. Located north of and adjacent to Evergreen Street NE, in the vicinity north of Celtic Avenue NE, specifically at 299 Evergreen Street NE 2. **V25-00003 Alyson R.
