YOU ARE HEREBY notified that the Punta Gorda City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the following application:
VR-02-2025  A request by Kurt Havel and Delonda David, property owners, for an initial determination of vested rights, pursuant to Chapter 27, Vested Rights Determination, Punta Gorda Code, to allow the applicants to develop the property in accordance with the zoning designation in place at the time of purchase.
LEGAL: Lots 1 and 3, Block 45, City of Punta Gorda, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Said hearing will be held at the Laishley Community Room located at 120 Laishley Court, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. Any persons desiring to be heard on this matter may appear at the above time and place.
