i, Thomas Wayne Tufts, an Ohian National, declare, state and verify Before a notary public, me , who being first duly sworn, under oath disposes, and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of KENNESAW, County of COBB, State of GEORGIA, which he recognizes and intends to maintain as his permanent home; affiant declares that he also maintains a residence at 2090 BAKER ROAD, KENNESAW, GEORGIA, and that he formerly resided at 250 William Howard Taft Road, 2 nd Floor, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45219, but that his abode in Georgia constitutes his predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that he affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS) d/b/a THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS) d/b/a THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS, providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affiant who states that he is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS) d/b/a THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS, as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate . Affiant further declares the natural person, known as the INVICTUS VERITAS EXPRESS TRUST, holds a claim of ownership of the properly authenticated above said Certificate of Title No. 134-70-001595, dated August 8, 1970, evidence equally with the originals thereof. Affiant further declares that THOMAS WAYNE TUFTS or the THOMAS WAYNE FAMILY OF TUFTS ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Georgia, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
