i, Isabella Morgan Tufts, a Georgian National, declare, state and verify Before a notary public, me , who being first duly sworn, under oath disposes, and says that affiant resides in and maintains a place of abode in the City of KENNESAW, County of COBB, State of GEORGIA, which she recognizes and intends to maintain as her permanent home; affiant declares that she also maintains a residence at 2090 BAKER ROAD, KENNESAW, GEORGIA, and that she formerly resided at 141 PRYOR STREET SW, ATLANTA, GEORGIA, but that her abode in Georgia constitutes her predominant and principal home, and affiant intends to continue it permanently as such. Affiant further declares that she affirms the Registrar of Titles is authorized to receive for registration of memorials upon any outstanding certificate of title an official birth certificate pertaining to a registered owner named (ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS) d/b/a ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS in said certificate of title showing the date of birth of said registered owner (ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS) d/b/a ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS, providing there is attached to said birth certificate an affiant who states that she is familiar with the facts recited, stating that the party named in said birth certificate is the same party as one of the owners named in said certificate of title; and that thereafter the Registrar of Titles shall treat said registered owner (ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS) d/b/a ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS, as having attained the age of the majority at a date 18 years after the date of birth shown by said certificate . Affiant further declares the natural person, known as the REVERENTER INVICTUS EXPRESS TRUST, holds a claim of ownership of the properly authenticated above said Certificate of Title No. 110-07-087885, dated August 29, 2007, evidence equally with the originals thereof. Affiant further declares that ISABELLA MORGAN TUFTS or the ISABELLA MORGAN FAMILY OF TUFTS ESTATE is an actual bona fide and legal resident of the State of Georgia, and the filing of this affidavit is to be accepted by all persons or any court as proof of such legal residence and permanent domicile.
