ORDINANCE 2026-330
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING AND/OR DISCLAIMING A 5-FOOT-WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT, ESTABLISHED IN THE PLAT OF GROVE PARK UNIT 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 5 AND SA, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 4, AT THE REQUEST OF CHARLES AND GAIL NELSON; PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS; PROV I DING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
City Council Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
The Transportation, Energy, and Utilities (TEU) Committee Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:30 A.M.
