Notice is hereby given that the following public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida, concerning:
ORDINANCE 2026-325
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING AND/OR DISCLAIMING AN EASEMENT AS ESTABLISHED IN ORDINANCE 88-197, AS RECORDED IN THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOCATED IN DISTRICT 7, AT THE REQUEST OF ECOLIVING REALTY, INC.; PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
City Council Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
The Transportation, Energy, and Utilities (TEU) Committee Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:30 A.M.
A copy of the Ordinance (s) is available for public inspection in the Council Legislative Services Division, Suite 430, City Hall.  Additional information concerning this right-of-way closure and abandonment ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Real Estate Division at 255-8700.
