Miscellaneous Public Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the following public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida, concerning: ORDINANCE 2026-329 AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING AND/OR DISCLAIMING AN OPENED AND UNIMPROVED PORTION OF AN UNNAMED ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS DEPICTED IN THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF DINSMORE, DINSMORE PLOTS AND THE DINSMORE FARMS, LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 8, AT THE REQUEST OF COAST LAND GROUP, LLC; PROV I DING FOR APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. City Council Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. The Transportation, Energy, and Utilities (TEU) Committee Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:30 A.M. A copy of the Ordinance (s) is available for public inspection in the Council Legislative Services Division, Suite 430, City Hall. Additional information concerning this right-of-way closure and abandonment ordinance may be obtained by contacting the Real Estate Division at 255-8700.
